I can only do a reading for individuals who are over the age of 18 years old.

You may book a reading for a gift, however for accurate information the recipient needs to know about and want a reading done for them.

Once paid, all bookings are final and non-refundable, as I may begin the research at any time following your booking. 

Required information needs to be provided before the reading can be done. Delay in providing this information will result in a delay in receiving your reading.

Video Call Bookings:

1. Video Call’s are forfeit if you are more than 5 minutes late. If you are unable to make your time, you can reschedule via the confirmation email, or email me at hello@dominiqueclaire.net

2. If you are more than 5 minutes late and have not attempted to reschedule or contact me, your booking is forfeited. 

3. Recordings work 99% of the time. If a technical issue occurs and the recording is not available, you will not receive a refund. The recording is complementary to the call and the price of the reading is for the research and call itself, not the recording.

Email Bookings:

1. The standard response times for Email Bookings is 14 days.
